Watermelon & Red Onion Salad





Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon shallots, chopped
1/3 cup raspberry vinegar
1/3 cup fresh or frozen raspberries, pureed and strained
2 teaspoons honey (or to taste)
Sage & Provolone Portabello Stuffed Mushrooms
2 portabello mushrooms
1/2 white onion
3/4 cup almonds
2 - 3 oz provolone cheese
1 garlic clove
5 - 6 leaves of sage

Salt and pepper to taste
