Bulgur Wheat with Dried Cranberries

Ingredients

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup dry bulgur wheat

1/2 cup vegetable broth

1 teaspoon butter

1/4 cup dried cranberries

Directions

Bring water and broth to a boil in a pot, and mix in bulgur and butter. Cover pot, reduce heat to low, and simmer 15 minutes.

Fluff cooked bulgur with a fork, and gently mix in the dried cranberries.
