Thai Basil Eggplant with Coconut Tofu & Rice

Ingredients:
2 tbsp grapeseed oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 eggplant, cubed

2-3 dashes Tabasco sauce

2 tbsp low-sodium Tamari sauce
