2/3 cup honey or agave
2/3 cup peanut or almond butter
2 Scoops Complete (chocolate or vanilla) or other brand-name protein powder
3 cups Crispy Brown Rice cereal (Barbara’s brand)
2 cups Crispy Rice AND 1 cup Oatmeal (this combo is less sticky)
1/4 cup shredded coconut – unsweetened
Cream honey, peanut or almond butter, and the Complete protein powder. Fold in cereal. Roll into small balls and roll in coconut for a light coating. Refrigerate or freeze. You can place in a pan and cut into bars also.
