Serving Size: 4
¼ cup Unsweetened Cocoa
1 cup Powdered Goat’s milk, or cow, coconut or soy milk
¼ cup Turbinado sugar or Sucanat
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Nutmeg
1 teaspoon Ginger
Mix ingredients together in a bowl and keep in a mason jar for safe keeping. Add 1/4 cup of mix to 1 cup boiling water, stir and enjoy. You can also put 1/4 cup of mix in the bottom of a french press, and then pour boiling water over to steep and serve.
