This recipe couldn’t be more simple, and kids love it! You can serve it over brown rice, or make the stir fry, chill it, and serve it as a side salad tossed with your favorite salad dressing.
1-2 packages broccoli slaw
1-2 T. coconut oil
Heat skillet on medium heat and add coconut oil to melt. Add the broccoli slaw and stir fry until the veggies are cooked, brightly colored and still crunchy, about 3-4 minutes. Enjoy!
